I’m Jenn, a marketing gal with over 10 years of experience - 5 of those have been spent in the wonderful world of hospitality.
For the past 3.5 years I’ve worked for Beautiful Drinks, with a heavy focus on the Almost Famous brand, marketing and food development. I learnt a lot about food styling and how to create content that looks as good as it tastes.
When I’m not creating tasty visuals, I’m all about video, photography, creating viral social media content, and building awesome brands that stand out.
My most recent project had me develop and launch SUPER AWESOME DELUXE - a brand so cool Aitch took over the kitchen and threw a rave.

EXPERIENCE

Almost Famous was more than just a burger bar to me, I felt like I was the human embodiment of everything it stood for—magical, sparkling, and an escape from reality. I made sure the marketing and the brand always stayed true to itself. Managing the brand and marketing included designing menus and any in-house promotion such as a boards and table talkers, creating photo, video and graphic content, maintaining the website, executing email campaigns and managing all social presence. This including building relationships with customers as well as influencers. I worked closely with venue managers to ensure we stayed on trend with events in individual cities. During my time at Almost Famous I also worked closely with the director to develop the food offering, this included working on all limited time specials and developing food menus to ensure we were always on trend and the best at what we do.

At Famous Home, I was responsible for managing the online inventory and overseeing the website to ensure products were accurately listed and available. I created and executed social media campaigns to promote and sell products, collaborating with influencers to boost brand visibility and engagement. Additionally, I played a key role in developing new burger concepts, ensuring they aligned with the brand's identity. I also designed all merchandise and print materials, including packaging and boxes, to ensure the famous at home brand was tight and captured the magic of all things AF.

I created the branding at Super Awesome Deluxe, designing its visual identity to align with the venue's unique concept. I also played a key role in food development, selecting the venue location, and contributed to the interior design to ensure a cohesive and appealing atmosphere in line with the branding.

I managed and maintained the marketing, branding and development for Beautiful Drinks. This included social media, email campaigns, website maintence, paid social, influencer marketing and managing physcial print. I also worked closely with the director on food development to make sure we were always hitting the mark with food trends and being industry leaders in everything we do.

During my time at The B2W Group, I implemented and managed both organic and paid lead generation strategies, with a focus on the Meta Business Suite. I handled online content across social media, websites, and email, as well as physical print materials like leaflets and work booklets. During this time I was also a Social Media trainer, focussing on running sessions for small businesses on how to effectively use social media to drive growth.

During the 2016 festive period, I collaborated with the marketing team at Bitter Twisted to build an online presence for their Christmas pop-up bar, 'Bar Hutte.' I managed daily updates across social media to boost engagement, and designed their physical marketing. I also created photo and video content highlighting product partnerships and the bar's theme.

At Cotsyo Recording Studio, I managed social media, created digital content, and communicated with clients across various platforms. I assisted with photography, videography, and production meetings, while also supporting the artist management team and handling administrative tasks.
